Email content-cockpit@outerscope.xyz and say which screen you were on and what you expected. Common problems first:

The sign-in code email did not arrive

Wait 30 seconds and use Resend. Check spam. Only emails on the owner list get a code, and the page does not say whether yours is on it. Five wrong codes lock the address for 10 minutes.

A channel needs reconnect

Open Accounts, press Reconnect on the channel, finish the login in Postiz, then come back and press Refresh. Drafts mapped to that channel cannot be approved until it shows Connected. Instagram and YouTube use Postiz channels; X and TikTok use the Browser accounts section.

A TikTok post was not published

X and TikTok post from your Browser accounts at the scheduled time, up to about 2 minutes late. If a post failed, the draft and the calendar show the reason and Retry. If it says the post may have posted, check the account first, then confirm the retry.

Trends or outliers look stale

The worker runs once a day. Open Runs to see the last run, its errors and spend, and press Run now to start another.
