Privacy
Content Cockpit is a private tool for one owner. There is no public sign-up, no advertising and no sale of data. This page says what it stores, who processes it and how to delete it.
What is stored
- Your account. The email you sign in with, your sign-in sessions, and when you acknowledged the data-provider notice.
- Niches. Keywords, hashtags, platforms, follower ceiling, minimum multiple, window, per-run spend limit, and your avatar image and chosen voice for avatar videos.
- Public posts. Public posts from small creators on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and X: handle, follower count, post text, link, thumbnail, transcript, and view, like, comment, share and save counts over time.
- Analysis. Outlier scores, the trends they were grouped into, and each trend's status history.
- Drafts. Scripts, captions, post text, earlier versions, the posts each draft borrows from, the channel and the scheduled time.
- Media. Rendered videos, images, your avatar and any video you film and upload, in private storage that only your account can read.
- Operations. Worker runs with their counts, errors and estimated spend, queued jobs, and which Postiz channel posts for which niche.
- Sign-in attempts. A one-way hash of the email and the time of each wrong code, used to lock repeated guesses for 10 minutes.
Who processes it
Only public third-party posts and your own avatar image go to AI and rendering providers. Provider keys never reach the browser.
- Supabase. Database, sign-in and file storage for everything above.
- Vercel. Hosts this web app. It sees requests, not stored data.
- Google. Sign-in with Google, and Vertex AI models that read public post text and write ideas, scripts, shot lists, X copy, voiceover and generated visuals.
- Resend. Delivers the six-digit sign-in code to your email.
- Apify. Collects public posts and metrics from TikTok, Instagram and X. It receives search terms, not your data.
- Modal. Renders avatar videos. It receives your avatar image, the script and the chosen voice.
- Postiz (self-hosted). Schedules and publishes approved drafts to your connected channels. It runs on a machine you own and receives the media, text and time of each approved post.
How to delete everything
Sign in and open Delete account. It cancels your scheduled Postiz posts first, then removes every niche, post, trend, draft, run, channel mapping and stored file, and finally your sign-in account. After that the email cannot sign in again until the owner is re-created. If you cannot sign in, email content-cockpit@outerscope.xyz.
